I’m still learning how to best work with my limitations (and sometimes to know what those limitations are). I think the worst part is the times where you feel like you can go and go, only to find that you are paying for it the next day.
I have learned a few things as I’ve gone; the first thing is probably that planning is key. Most often that planning takes the form of knowing what I have scheduled and knowing that I either need to take time before (or plan to take time after) in order to make my energy go as far as possible.
